Since 1984, more than 50,000 families have called our House home. As the world continues to evolve, so do the needs of families facing complex medical conditions.

Now it’s time to imagine what the future looks like as we continue to fulfill our mission to keep families together and promote the health and well-being of children.

Imagine the addition of…

• A new long term wing with 14 guest rooms (625 sq. ft.) designed to meet the unique needs of guest families who stay 60 days or longer.

• A beautiful new kitchen for families to prepare meals.

• Convenient access to a big backyard and dreams for a multi-ability play area and sport court.

• Additional lower level storage and a loading dock to help staff and volunteers keep things organized behind the scenes.

• A big, bright playroom designed for active play.

• A welcoming Community Room to host family movie night and other programming.

No one ever imagines that their child will become critically ill or injured. No one ever imagines catastrophic medical costs and hundreds of days away from home, family, jobs and their community of support. Together, we can provide a community of support and the best service for families who find themselves facing this reality with an expansion of our Ronald McDonald House®.

A commitment to mission and core values, strong financials and governance practices, a history steeped in successful service to families and a vision for the future will make this expansion a reality for the families we serve. We will invest $10 million from the House corpus for construction and fundraise an additional $2-3 million for the special spaces our families deserve.
