Chefs’ Dinner

Monday, February 5, 2024 | The Wisconsin Club

Chefs’ Dinner Culinary Comfort pays homage to the late Chef Knut Apitz, featuring a menu inspired by Grenadier’s classic comfort dishes.

Founder of Chefs’ Dinner and a mentor to many of the participating chefs, Knut Apitz was a trailblazer on the Milwaukee culinary scene. A team of expert Milwaukee area chefs, led as always by Joe Muench of Black Shoe Hospitality, are ready to craft dishes that harken back to the fine dining days of Grenadier’s, Apitz’s restaurant of nearly 30 years. Each course will feature an expertly chosen wine pairing that is sure to delight.
