Important things to know for Rogers Behavioral Health families:
Families must live outside of Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Washington & Waukesha counties. Racine county families will only qualify to stay overnight at the Ronald McDonald House if their child is receiving inpatient or residential care.
Families must be referred by a Rogers Behavioral Health Intake Specialist, Social Worker, Program Manager or Care Coordinator. Returning families can call 414.935.6510 and refer themselves up to two years from their last stay.
Families may occupy a room with or without the patient present. Guests (including siblings) must be actively involved in the patient’s treatment/recovery.
While we do our best to accommodate every family that needs us, the Ronald McDonald House operates on a waiting list and we cannot guarantee families a room. We do not require a minimum or maximum number of nights stayed.
We suggest a donation of $20 per night; however no family is ever turned away if they are unable to pay.
Our Family Room is about 30 minutes from our House. We do not have shuttle service to and from Rogers.
