Family Room Volunteers will help to create a warm and welcoming environment for guest families and visitors in the Family Room at Rogers Behavioral Health’s – Ladish Co. Foundation Center in Oconomowoc, WI. Volunteers will assist with greeting and checking-in families and maintaining a clean, well-organized and adequately stocked Family Room. One four hour shift is required every other week with at least a one year commitment. Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
Perform a variety of light housekeeping, organizational duties, welcoming guests and assisting with check-outs. One three-hour shift every other week is required with at least a six month commitment.
Perform a variety of light housekeeping, organizational duties, welcoming guests and assisting with check-outs. One three-hour shift every other week is required with at least a one year commitment.
Kitchen keepers perform a variety of duties to ensure that the House kitchens are cleaned properly, well-organized and stocked with the right equipment and supplies. One three-hour shift every other week is required with at least a one year commitment.
Office assistants perform a variety of duties such as answering phones, greeting and welcoming guests, and office work. One four hour shift every other week is required with at least a one year commitment.
Transport guests to and from the hospital, grocery store and complete other errands as needed. One four-and-a-half hour shift is required per month with at least a one year commitment. Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.

Group volunteer projects are a great way to work together and make a difference in the community. Whether you are a corporate team, student group, church group, private business or social group there are many ways to get involved with the Ronald McDonald House.

To better serve our families, these projects are reserved for Friday afternoons, for individuals 14 years of age (with adult supervision) or older and for groups of 5-15 people.
