Hospitality Volunteers (14-17) help maintain a welcoming, supportive environment for families by completing a variety of operational tasks based on daily needs. This role includes providing guest family support, cleaning, laundry, and general upkeep of the House. 

Volunteers commit to one three-hour shift every other week and are asked to make a minimum six-month commitment.

Culinary Program Ambassadors (formerly Dinner Hosts) create a positive volunteer meal experience by assisting groups during meal preparation and service. This role involves providing tours and working closely with corporate and community partners who provide meals.  

Volunteers commit to one three-hour shift each month and are asked to make a minimum one-year commitment.

Kitchen Keepers create a clean and well-organized kitchen environment by assisting with cleaning, restocking of equipment and supplies and general upkeep. This role helps ensure families have access to functional kitchens throughout their stay. 

Volunteers commit to one three-hour shift every other week and are asked to make a minimum one-year commitment.

Office Assistants create a welcoming and secure front desk environment by greeting visitors, answering phones, assisting with office tasks, and ensuring proper visitor sign-in and secure entry procedures are followed. This role supports daily operations and creates positive experiences for families and guests. 

Volunteers commit to one four-and-a-half-hour shift every other week and are asked to make a minimum one-year commitment.

Van Drivers provide transportation to and from the hospital and grocery store, while also assisting with light maintenance, trash removal, and restocking and organizing supplies. This role helps ensure families have a warm and comfortable way to visit loved ones

Volunteers must be 21 years of age or older and commit to one threeandahalf hour shift per month with a minimum oneyear commitment.

Family Room Volunteers help maintain a welcoming, supportive environment by greeting guests, assisting with check-ins, and general upkeep of the Ronald McDonald Family Room at Rogers Behavioral Health’s – Ladish Co. Foundation Center in Oconomowoc, WI.

Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older and commit to one four-hour shift every other week and are asked to make a minimum one-year commitment.
